The room was clean and spacious. The TV worked and the amenities were full. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Great to store the leftovers for a midnight snack. Point taken off for the staff behind the MGM Rewards desk. Not friendly compared to other MGM properties.

🇺🇸 🎲 🎲 Beautiful and very well laid out Casino. Table and slots 🎰 games are fantastic. There’s plenty of them. Customer service is excellent all around, same with the Bars, all the restaurants (especially Angeline). The Servers are always there for your needs like family. Just there for the Howard Jones show, the concert hall is magnificent, all seating with a view and great refreshments bar. The Hotel is clean, clean, clean, upscale rooms and very friendly staff. Another two (2) thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 Bogota Casino & Spa you stand up to your name 😉

To the Human Resources Department, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional treatment I received during my recent visit to Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City. My friend and I were playing at table RO18. Afterward, I walked over to another nearby table, also identified as RO18, and sat down while deciding whether I wanted to play. The table was not busy, and there was another woman sitting there who was also not actively playing. An employee the name is SALMAN approached me and told me that I could not sit there unless I was playing. I found this confusing and unfair, especially since another person was allowed to remain seated under the same circumstances. I felt that I was singled out without a valid reason. I politely brought my concern to the table manager, hoping the matter could be resolved professionally. Unfortunately, instead of calming the situation, the manager escalated it. She spoke to me in a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner and even raised her voice at me. This behavior was completely unacceptable. I then spoke with a supervisor, Kevin John, expecting a more professional response. Instead of apologizin

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Hospitality from Ankita! Ankita made our stay even more enjoyable from the moment we checked in until the time we checked out. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. She took the time to explain everything about the hotel, recommended fun things to do in the area, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out. We even shared a few Indian jokes, which made the conversation fun and memorable. It’s always nice to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thank you, Ankita, for your exceptional customer service and for making our stay such a great experience. You truly deserve recognition!
